Spirulina (Arthrospira Platensis) is a micro-organism, called cyanobacteria which initially develops in waters of certain lakes or in marine farms.

It owes its name to its spiral shape. It’s wealth of micronutrients confers the highest nutritional value to it.

Its protein content is the highest from the plant and animal kingdoms (Content higher than soya and even red meat).
